Our Innovative Approach

We baked mindfulness and design thinking into this healing process. We facilitate partners to express and explore what they have not been able to do so far. There will be more doing and less talking here.

Core Principle

Think of your true self as a dot surrounded by four circles. The centre is the deepest you, which you might not fully know. The biggest circle shows a small part of you to the world. The next circle lets friends see more. The second circle is for close friends and partners who see the real you. The smallest circle is just for you and your most honest self. Each circle shows how open you are with different people.

We help you discover your guard rails you have created to protect yourself from sorrow. This is a joint endeavour, and advancement requires time. Maintain an open mindset and exercise patience throughout the process. Above all, be prepared to actively participate. Be open to engaging in exercises, developing new communication abilities, and applying strategies discussed with your partner.

Our program typically consists of 6 sessions, ideally scheduled once a week. Each session lasts between 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the number of breaks we take and the progress we make. We believe time should aid us, not limit us.

How Much Will It Cost You?
Embarking on couples therapy is a journey of exploration and growth for both you and your partner. Typically, it may require approximately five to six sessions to fully grasp the complexities of the challenges you’re facing and to begin formulating the positive changes you both wish to implement to progress in your relationship. We encourage you to consider this process as an integrated program, designed to build upon each session’s insights and breakthroughs. Nevertheless, every single session is valuable, and we warmly welcome you to take that initial step towards improvement. We are eager to connect with you and support you on this path to a stronger partnership.
